We guarantee that our mushrooms are the best of the choice, edible forest fungi. We have a Wild Mushroom Soup Mix and several varities of dried mushrooms available year round. Fresh mushrooms will be available in season. Please contact us if you would like to be notified when a specific variety will be available.

To rehydrate dried mushrooms cover with lukewarm water and soak for 20 minutes. Read the package inserts for specific instructions.

We take your enjoyment of our mushrooms very seriously. Some people may experience a mild upset stomach from eating wild fungi. If you have never eaten one of these species (types) of mushrooms before, be sure to eat sparingly the first time to assess your body’s response. Some people are sensitive to mixing alcohol with one or more types of mushrooms. The vast majority of people can comfortable eat large quantities of all of thes mushrooms with no ill effect, with or without alcohol.
